Professional Wargames
With unprecedented national-level innovation and proven methodology in practice, Professional Wargames aim to provide clients with an analysis of their organization and give improvement recommendations through reports. The goal is to overcome possible immediate, future, and unforeseen challenges, contribute to teamwork within organizations, and identify leadership.
Wargames have many benefits, including a better understanding of the conflict or competition at hand, improvement in decision-making processes and decision-maker training, mitigating the impact of complexity and uncertainties, risk management in a controlled and "safe-to-fail" environment, analysis and testing of plans, strategies, and policies, revealing unexpected consequences, and promoting safety and confidence within a team.
Despite their origin in the military environment, they fit perfectly in a civilian, corporate, and business context, as they provide a greater understanding of competitors and market frictions and forces; bring greater comfort in operating in complex, dynamic, and chaotic situations; and represent an excellent opportunity to practice and test risk management, resilience, business continuity, and the possibility of carrying out collaborative ventures or acquisitions.
